First up, the completed advert for the Beach House edition of the Brae Fort.

Now a closer look at the unedited photos. These are all taken using advanced windlight settings as there are a lot of materials enabled in this build.

The front, outside view of the Brae Fort Beach House. 63 LI total for everything as seen.

This stunning beach house has bleached wood floors, dusty blue wooden siding and a weathered terracotta tiled roof. All material enabled.

Touch the hanging basket to rez the included scenery props.

Looking inside the Brae Fort Beach House, you can see it's fully furnished. An AVsitter enabled living set with a single seater chair and two double seater sofas. Hidden at the back, you can just about see the changing area with working sink. The perfect place to change out of those soggy swimming clothes and wash up.

Side view of the outside, showing off the working shutters. Touch each shutter to open or close.

A closer look at the Beach Comber Table Set. Bleached wood and weathered metals make this table a stunning finishing touch. It comes pre-decorated with a dried starfish, feathers, working candles, travelogue, ancient mariners map and Beach Treasures Bowl. Touch each candle to light/extinguish. Materials are enabled on the table, 15 LI total.

Looking at the AVsitter enabled seating. So comfy! The wall lamp is crafted from finest, weathered copper and is material enabled as well as scripted.

Closer look at the changing area. Privacy screen, two fluffy towels hung on wall hooks, beach clutter in a basket and a gorgeous wall hung sink. Materials are enabled on the sink and the water.

Touch the sink just under the tap and it will turn the tap on. Scripted water, material enabled with sound. Touch again to stop running water into the sink. Use the sit option on the main tap to wash those grubby hands. One animation and 2 props included (soap with bubbled and soap without bubbles).

Taking a seat and enjoying my handiwork. I'm listening to the cool sounds of the sea, courtesy of the in-built ambient sound system. Touch the roof to start or stop the waves sound.

My ever popular Adrift Shelves with working land radio has been included with this build.

This blog will be updated with linkies to the even where you will be able to buy this stunning set and help raise money for a very worthy cause.
